For more than four years, a dedicated group of entrepreneurial investors have been working with a small core team of companies to bring the FDS Project to the State of Ohio. FDS Coke Plant LLC (FDS) is the limited liability corporation established by current investors to take the project through construction and start-up. US Coking Group, LLC was the early stage developer of the Project. 

George Weber is the nominated President of FDS. Mr Weber has more than 40 years of coke plant operations and management experience. He served as Superintendent of Coal, Coke, and Chemicals of Geneva Steel, Provo, Utah; General Manager of Coke Operations for U.S. Steel Corporation (Clairton Plant, Clairton, Pennsylvania and Gary Plant, Gary Indiana) and President of US Steel Mining before joining the FDS Project.

John Kitzmiller is the project controller and nominated Chief Financial Officer of FDS. Mr Kitzmiller is a licensed CPA and served as Chief Financial Officer of a Chicago area hedge fund before joining the project.

Kathleen Jarema the Vice President and Project Director for the FDS Project, and is the Secretary and Treasurer of FDS. Ms Jarema, Esq., has experience in industrial development projects and served as Of Counsel to Katten, Muchin and Rosenman, LP Chicago, Illinois before joining the Project.
